Choose the right weight loss program for you
Adipex
Adipex is a medically-managed appetite suppressant that is physician prescribed and monitored. The program consists of monthly office visits where you receive a weigh-in, Lipo-7 injection (additional cost) and a prescription that you fill at the pharmacy of your choice.
Semaglutide or Tirzepatide

Do we accept insurance?
Unfortunately insurance does not cover any of our weight loss programs. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit cards, as well as payments from HSA and FSA accounts.
How much do our weight loss programs cost?
We have programs for different budgets and goals. Text us at 937-898-4942 for pricing information for specific programs.
Are there restrictions for weight loss programs?
Some of our programs have restrictions (such as BMI or contraindicated medications), such as the Adipex and Semaglutide programs. However, we also have programs that don’t have any restrictions. Text us at 937-898-4942 for more information about specific programs.
Can visits be done online?
Since our programs involve prescription medications, some of which are controlled substances, all appointments must be done in-person.
Do we have HCG?
Because of changing laws involving HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) manufacturing, it is no longer available to us. We have replaced our HCG program with our Healthy, Clean & Green program which uses Kisspeptin injections, which work similarly to HCG.
How do I know which program is right for me?
We have several different weight loss programs for different goals and budgets. If you are unsure which program is best for you, you can schedule a weight loss consultation with our weight loss coordinator. During this consultation, our staff will go over your history, your weight loss goals, and help you find the program that will work best for you. The cost of the consultation is $50.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Please keep in mind that booking an appointment with us signifies that we reserved time in our schedule devoted to you.
- A $25 cancellation/rebooking fee will apply if you change or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your visit.
- To avoid a fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your visit.
